THE PEAK SYSTEM

both flags. one peak.

The logo is two flags forming a mountain peak. The flags name what you have to plant in the ground to perform at altitude. Ten dimensions, each read on one scale: Peak, Plateau, or Valley.

the first flag: mental performance

It answers the question of how you show up. These determine whether your skills actually land when the pressure is on — the difference between having the right answer and being able to deliver it well, in a tense room, on a hard day.

the second flag: wellness

It answers the question of how you sustain. Whether the engine that produces your performance has fuel, recovery, and connection behind it. Strong mental performance on depleted wellness turns brittle, and it turns brittle fast.

Read all ten honestly, then move between states on purpose.
